  • What you must never paste into a chatbot, and how to use AI honestly at work
  • How to build a small personal toolkit so AI saves you time every week

How to take this course

Take the lessons in order. Each one ends with a short practice task: do it before moving on, because using AI is a skill you build by doing, not by reading.

Click Mark as complete at the end of each lesson to track your progress. By the end you will have your own set of tested prompts that you can use at work the same day.
