Who this course is for

This course is for anyone who already uses ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or Copilot but still gets answers that are too generic, too long or not quite right.

If you are completely new to AI, take AI for Everyone first. This course builds on its four-part prompt formula: Role, Task, Context, Format.

What you will learn

  • Why the same question gets different answers, and how to make results more consistent
  • Which details of context change the answer the most
  • How to show the AI an example so it copies your style and format
  • How to get answers as tables, checklists or data you can paste into Excel
  • How to break a big job into a chain of small, reliable prompts
  • How to make the AI review and improve its own answer
  • How to turn your best prompts into templates you can reuse every week

What you need

  • An account with any AI assistant
  • One or two real tasks from your work to practise on
  • 10 to 15 minutes per lesson

How to take this course

Every lesson has prompts you can copy, plus a practice task. The last lesson is a small project: you will build a prompt pack for one real weekly task and measure how much time it saves.

Click Mark as complete at the end of each lesson to track your progress.
